Are you feeling as miserable and lost this morning? Maybe we can just sit with it for a bit and see if putting thoughts into words helps make sense of things.

Some conversations feel like a monologue, where only one voice matters. A real dialogue is what's needed, where every voice is heard, no condescension, just genuine understanding.

...And perhaps, within the quiet space created, a different dawn will break. A dawn where the echoes of shared humanity resonate, a dawn where strength is found to carry on.
